Chinese Rice

Well I'll give the recipe for how to make Chinese rice:

Ingredients:

Per cup of rice, you're going to put half cup of water. (The quantity of rice of your choice.)

chicken. (Finely chopped)

ham (cut into cubes 1 cm)

smoked pork chop (cut into cubes 1 cm)

onion, scallions, hot peppers (diced small)

Oyster sauce

Chinese soy sauce.

Chinese Ajinoto or salt

White wine

Preparation:

Cook rice, if they are 5 cups of rice, are 7 and a half cups water, cook (NO MORE WATER PLACE) until it appears dry, place it Chinese soy sauce until it is brown. the texture of the rice should be loose ie without liquid.

saute chicken in a hot pan, add one tablespoon oyster sauce d (depending on the amount of chicken) and 2 soy sauce and then a little white wine, sauté 5-8 min max.

The ham, smoked pork chops, and seafood: do the same steps in the preparation of the chicken.

all this must be done separately. then in the same pan, place the vegetables, sauté 2 minutes and put everything: chicken, smoked chops, ham and seafood. saute for 5-8 min again and place salt ajinoto or Chinese.


And enjoy the original Chinese rice.

this recipe was teached me by a Chinese chef "Yuan Lin"

yea because the chinese chef speak spanish... and i like the chinese food, thailand food..
